People Development
The People Development team lead our organisational approach for all aspects of People & Organisational Development and Talent Management.
We are a mixed team of specialists, learning designers, coordinators and generalists working to develop capability throughout the organisation by developing individuals and teams at key points in their careers. Our key workstreams are Apprenticeships, Early Careers, Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organisation Development and Leadership Development.

The People Partnering and Services team works in partnership with leaders and managers across the Trust, providing strategic people advice, insight and support to help people and teams to thrive.
We also deliver the People services, systems, policies and specialist expertise that support colleagues and volunteers every day, ensuring people support is accessible, practical and aligned to the Trust’s priorities.

Directorate Planning Lead
Directorate Planning
The Directorate Planning Team seeks to ensure we have a dynamic live plan that supports the Trust to achieve its strategy. We work with the team to review the plan annually and ensure it responds to the people implications of organisational change.
We work to capture and communicate the impact of our delivery against the plan and the overall value of the directorate.
We provide the senior leadership team with insight and analysis to enable effective decision making about our people plans and our directorate services.
In conjunction with other directorate Plan Leads, we seek to align plans across the Trust and support effective implementation through the TWIG and WIG processes. (Workflow Implementation Groups)

Business Services
